We provide a one stop shop when building your home, development, business premises or landscaping your garden and amenity areas. Our excellent reputation and list of satisfied clients attest to our architectural service, attention to detail, clear communication, honesty and integrity.

Services
Developing the Brief
During your free consultation we listen to discuss your brief and develop your vision.
Following on from the meeting, we then explain in detail the brief rationale, amongst several other factors.
Site Finding Service
Working with regional and national estate agents we can often find a building for conversion / refurbishment, or a brownfield / greenfield site for new build.
Following on from this, we can perform an early site appraisal.
Initial Site Appraisal
We think forward planning is key to a project that is why we are now pleased to be able to provide a site appraisal service, whether you are an owner or prospective purchaser of a property.
Feasibility
We can provide concept sketches for discussion within our feasibility sketching service.
This can be for any building typology, whether light industrial (such as the sketch above), commercial, residential, education, retail or agricultural.
Layout Design
We offer a layout design service which is usually turned around as a next day service for small sites (less than 25 dwellings). For larger developments we can provide a layout design within 7 days.
Surveying
We offer a detailed measured survey or small site survey.
For larger premises or sites we outsource a surveyor with laser station.
We also have links to RICS chartered surveyors should the property require a schedule of condition.
Sketch Scheme
Providing more than a standard set of scheme drawings in plan, section and elevation, we provide illustrations from free hand concept sketches, 2D and 3D computer generated drawings, 3D videos and perspectives.
Detailed Design
Our Design and Access Statement format has been designed in accordance with the original titles from CABE and covers a variety of considerations to meet and sometimes exceed planning policies.
Planning
We are experienced in many types of applications and have worked with many councils within the Home Counties and the South East.
We have also worked with planning consultants in order to gain consent for sites with more onerous constraints / planning histories.
Building Regulation Drawings
We help you obtain Building Regulations approval for your extension, new business premises or institution.
Levels of drawing package vary with additional drawings and schedules added at a later stage.
Construction Details & Schedules
This package is designed to complement a standard building regulation drawing package with extra information including: construction details, window & door schedules, electrical and mechanical layouts, external works and landscape design.
Tender Advice Service
We are delighted to be able to offer a Tender Advice Service,
with a fully developed architectural set of construction drawings.
Schedules and details are often provided, as well as a detailed, bespoke, written specification.
Contract Administration
For peace of mind we offer a Contract Administration Service for minor works up to the value of 200k.
We are covered by Architectural Professional Indemnity Insurance.
External Works
Whether you are building a new build house, redesigning your drive or rejuvenating your garden, we can help you get more out of your outdoor space.
Garden Design
We can integrate your design from inside to outside, including the design of finishes, flowing axes, focal points and other
important linking elements of design.
